Services

We provide enquiry/booking optimisation for trade businesses (e.g., missed‑call text‑back, WhatsApp booking flows, review scripts, profile tune‑up and reporting).

No guarantees

We don’t guarantee a specific number of leads, revenue, or rankings. Results depend on factors like competition, demand, and how quickly you respond to enquiries.

Payments & cancellations

• One‑time work is billed upfront unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Monthly services renew monthly and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and access where needed (e.g., adding us as Manager if applicable).
• Respond to enquiries promptly to maximise results.

Third‑party platforms

Some services rely on third‑party platforms (hosting, email, messaging, scheduling). We’re not responsible for platform outages or policy changes beyond our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service period. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
